WHAT’S NEW AT PPA
POWER YOGA -We are now offering yoga classes with Yoga Alliance certified instructor, Kathryn Cramer. This class will help develop strength, flexibility and balance. It will also focus on core muscles and joint stabilizers, which enhance smooth muscle control, proprioception and a more integrated mind-body response to activity.
Classes are Mondays & Fridays from 9:30am-10:30am starting April 13th.
SUMMER CAMPS – This summer, we hope you will join us for our summer training camps which will take your athleticism to the next level. The camp runs from June 8 – August 14. Call us for more information or to register!
BODY/SWING CONNECTION – PPA & TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) have teamed up for a golf training program focusing on swing improvement while implementing a specific strength & conditioning regime. For more information email Coach Scott at email@example.com!
